Resume for Canada

Hi everyone, looking forward to moving to Canada, hopfully within British Columbia, and near Vancouver, but i need to change mt UK CV into a Canadian resume, my question is, is it the same as a US resume? and if not, where can i go in order to see an example?

    This is eventually what I wish to do... Move to BC maybe even in Vancouver!

    I can't be much help with the resume, but I would love an update if you ever move to BC.
