Wireless channels in an ESS

Hi all,
If you were setting up a large ESS which required several APs scattered around, how would you deal with assigning wireless channels?
From my understanding using some CCNA books, 802.11g has 11 overlapping channels and 3 non-overlapping channels. For all APs in the same ESS, they should be assigned the same SSID but different non-overlapping channels.
So my question is, what if you had more than three APs in an 802.11g network?
Cheers,
Luke

All you gotta do is make sure no channel overlaps with itself. IE: an access point broadcasting on channel 1 can overlap with another AP on channel 6, but it cannot overlap with another AP on channel 1. You may need to get a little creative
