I am eating my Wheaties and the time has come for ICND1. Thanks everyone for all of their help!!!!:D

    Passed!!!! Got a 940.....I know I could have done better. The labs were interesting and somewhat difficult for me to navigate.

    I have been a silent member for a while now....Thanks everyone for everything!

    Congrats and great score! Once I finish up these CEH studies it is on to CCNA. Had to explain what a CCENT was on my last job interview so if your looking make sure you spell it out and put (CCENT) next to it!

    Congrats! and I just wanted to offer some advice to those of you who have passed recently. Dont let it go to waste! Even if you dont have a job were you use routers and switches on a daily basis, at least study a few hours a week. Begin studying for a new test or something, just dont get lax and decide you can "take a break for a little bit" Becuase believe me, it gets harder and harder to jump back on the bandwagon. I got my CCNA in October and havent touched it since, now I find myself re-studying what i already learned just to get back up to speed. Just my two cents.. Stay on top of your Cisco education!

    Congrats on the pass

    I'm trying to obtain as much hands-on experience at my current job having access to all of our L2/L3 switches, and move ports to different VLAN, hopefully I can get more experience with networking later on.

    I am also thinking of fully implementing cisco routers/access point for my home network, expanding my imaginations and ways to fully have hands-on.

    I just want the easy none analytical questions like how to get to enable mode, or how to identify serial cable vs. ethernet cable with a picture actually showned in high quality, then I can already move to ICND2 lol...

    I'm thinking there would be about 5 - 10 questions of select the picture type of questions, anyway it's called CCENT entry freakin level so come on now...

    When I was doing mine yesterday the router sim broke and I just had to leave that questionicon_sad.gif I got 925 but I woulda been pissed if that question cost me a pass.

    Hey man is it normal to dream about routers and switches? I mean I found myself configuring serial interface in my dream sometimes. Has anyone had this experience before? now is this a good sign for my exam tonite lol...

    Then I wake up in the middle of my dream and see Bill Gates poster in my room, whispering to myself it's just a dream JB it's just a dream...

    About the dreams, I've done subnetting in my dreams, before a subnettingtest in school! Haha, woke up so confused xD
    CCNA, CCNA:Sec, Net+, Sonicwall Admin (fwiw). Constantly getting into new stuff.
