Program suggestions needed

The boss has tasked me to help him find a "To Do" list type of program. Something that will show daily reminders of deadlines, percent completion of tasks, etc. If it could somehow be integrated with Outlook or Goldmine that would be good as well. Anyone have any suggestions off the top of your head while I continue to surf to see what I can find?
