Encryption moving!

One thing that I feel was not clear in any of the study materials that I used was moving unencrypted files to an encrypted folder on a NTFS partition.
example:
quote:"If you move an unencrypted file into an encrypted folder, the file remains unencrypted."
It is interesting that they do not explain that this is only true though the command shell. If you drag a file from your desktop that is not encrypted to an encrypted folder it becomes encrypted.
