Im thinking of sitting 290,291,284 or 620 within the next month or so. Does any1 know how these exams range in difficulty against each other? Ive sat/passed 270 up to now.

Your question is unfortunately too broad to answer. What is your experience with Server 2003, Vista, and Exchange? How well do you already know these technologies? How much time do you have available to study? What are your resources that you have available to you? As far as ranking them.....I have not taken Vista, but I would think it would be on the easier side of things. 290 was the easiest core exam. 291 was very difficult for me, had to use my second shot. I have dabbled in Exchange and it seems to be higher up on the difficulty scale, though I had never touched it prior to purchasing my study guides. These are obviously my opinions only, and some may have a completely different perspective on it, but your generalized question leaves me with know way of really advising you.

Go on to 290; that has a lot of overlap with 270. I believe 291 and 293 (and probably 294 as well) are strongly encouraged for 284.

290 and 270 are moderate difficulty, 291 and 284 are going to be more difficult, and Vista is going to be the easiest.
