Getting MIET and CEng

Hi Guys,

A friend has approached me and said that I should go for the MIET followed by the CEng.

Basically I currently have a BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science.
And will have a MSc Computer Networks and CCNA by Septemeber 09.

Im just curious wheather you guys think;

1. Its worth it at my stage?
2. Should I wait till I obtain my MSc?
3. How do I find someone with the relevent qualification to referee me as I am surrounded by students who are at the same stage as me?
