i took the exam in late june... and i can tell you make sure you can subnet Ip addresses and know TCP/IP... both are imperative to passing... other than that know some basic info. on topologies and devices... i received 2 simulations and neither was difficult (in the range of setting IP addresses to interfaces, setting passwords and such)

** i am not saying that i received those questions on my test only that they are about the range of difficulty to expect... but you never know
