Hi,
I want to setup a virtual network lab to experiment the following topics-
* RAID
* Routing (is there any way to emulate CISCO devices to connect between multiple virtual machine?)

And seek suggestion which one is the best choice for me-
* VMWare player
or
* VMWare server
or
* Microsoft Virtual PC
Please let me know.

    * RAID
    Run a Linux or Windows Server VM and attach lots of virtual disks. Run OpenFiler if you want to experiment with iSCSI.
    * Routing (is there any way to emulate CISCO devices to connect between multiple virtual machine?)
    Dynamips/GNS3 can emulate some lower end Cisco routers. Obtaining and using the IOS images you need for the emulator to work however isn't legal. Cisco only allow you to legally use it on licensed Cisco routers.

    You can use a Linux VM to do routing.
    * VMWare server
    This one if you only can choose those 3.

    ESXi or Hyper-V if you can dedicate a machine to running it.
