I have recently been asked to create a lot of documentation for procedures/requests etc for our company and I am finding it a little difficult. I have never been great at it and don't enjoy documentations, but been told I am the best in the company for the task.
Does anyone have any good templates that I might be able to check out with idea's for what I need to do.
The main templates/checklists that I have been asked to work on first are:
Request for Hardware/Software testing
Request for work to be completed
New user set up form
Request for System Audit

JDMurray Admin Posts: 13,089 AdminDoes your business have an intranet Web server? It sounds like you need a software package that allows those forms to be created and fill-out online using a Web browser. It would sure make auditing requests easier and it would save a lot of paper. And a nice package might come with a bunch of pre-made templates that you could begin with.
