What certifications do you actually have? You have the MCSE in your list, so I would assume that you'd know what to expect if you actually had that. Is that a list of what you're working towards?

You'll want to grab the MS Press and/or Sybex book and possibly supplement that things like CBT Nuggets, Transcender, etc. A very rough estimate might be 40-80 hours depending on your study methods and existing experience.
