MCAS Outlook Certification

I am preparing to take my MCAS certification test for Outlook 2007. I received my MOS certifications some time ago, but remember that the tests consisted of performing steps within the application. To prepare for the MCAS, I am using a site called "uCertify" and what I have noticed is that the pretest consists of multiple choice questions in which you have to put the application steps in order instead of actually performing them. Can anyone tell me the format of the actual test questions? Will I need to remember all of the steps and their order or will I be performing the steps as in the actual program. Thank you.
