Passed 298 today. Finally done with my MCSE.

I passed the 298 exam with a 973. It is my highest score to date. My second highest score was 290 with a 942. Anyways, I am just happy to be done. Like everyone else has said, 298 was easier than 299.

So I figure I will relax for a little bit. I am debating whether to tackle Security+ or start on CCNA. Common sense says Security+ just because I have been into security for the last few months with 298 and 299.

What do you guys think?

Second, if you plan on doing the MCSE: Security then do the security +

If you are kinda burned out on MS then do the ccna first to take a break.

I say this about the fact that you've been doing security for the last two test...the object of the training is to learn...so it shouldn't matter if you take it right after or a few months later...if you've learned the material it should still be there...jmho

Either one would probably be a good break from MS. I think the Security+ is different enough from the MS security exams to where you won't feel burned out on security. They get into physical security, biometrics, etc. It was one of the more interesting certs I've obtained.
