Power Management XP limitations ?

Power Management XP limitations ?
Hello I was wondering if some kind genius would have the answers to the following:-


I manage a W2K svr running activate directory and 50 XP Pro machines in the domain.

The problem is that no basic user can change there power management settings. These settings can only be change by the administrator, but do hold when a user logs on.

I have check Group policies on the DC and nothing relating to power management restictions are being enforced there.

I have looked at the XP boxes and nothing jumps out at me in the local policies that suggest it coming from there.

Is there away i can have normal domain users set up in a way that allows them to change the power management settings?
