I had CiscoI&II under my belt and bought the Mike Myers AIO and studied hard for a month.

Know your 802.x's
Know your ports
Know your DNS and DHCP!!
Tech notes from this site really put it all together nicely.
Take as many tests on line as you can. If you have taken them all take them again. I was so in the groove of testing that when I was taking the test this morning twice I really lappsed and thought I was sitting right here at my desk with my own computer.
