Possible Cisco VoIP Support positions soon

This may still be a bit early to tell but my work place may be hiring two support positions by end of April. I can't disclose more detail of this right now due to those are still confidential information within the company. All I can say is that we are tryinb to win a huge contract. If we win, we will need to hire more people.

I feel that for those of you who wants to enter this field or simply looking for a job may want to know this ahead of time. We in in NYC by the way. We have hired people with no prior experience nor any certification. Knowledge and/or certification is definitely a big plus but my manager really goes by his hunch during the interview that if you are team player, have the desire to learn and learn it quickly.

We are supporting CM 4.3 and CUCM 6.x, Unity 4 and 5, IPCCX and multiple IOS voice and analog gateways. We have about of 80k to 90k nodes to support (phones, gateways and servers).

I will update this thread whenever I have any news about this.
