Microsoft Office

Hello guys, I just have one simple question, whats the best way to learn how to use office 2003/2007? The reason is Im looking for a job as help desk and I see many jobs using Knowledge of Microsoft office as a requirement. I've used it but really not good at it, so are there any good video series, or best way is to go with a book?

I picked up a lot using the Visio 2003 Inside Out book, but I haven't read those for other Office apps. If they're as good, they're excellent.

I also got Excel and Visio 2007 Train Signal CBT's I need to go through.
