Remote Desktop Assistance

Can you use the remote assistance between two pc's on the Internet, e.g. on two different ISP's. Or is it only for PC's within a specfic domain.

You can use it over the internet, you can send an invitation by e-mail or Messenger for example. As long as port 3389 is open.
