I will be a project lead for 3 days next week, and wanted to know if you would put that on your resume even though it was for only 3 days?

My general rule of thumb is 6 months or more. While it may valuable experience, in the eyes of an employer 3 days won't be much at all.

I would said it depends on what kind of project it is. If it is something major like enterprise level network/system implementation project. I would put it in just don't mention how many days. But if it just moving some 200 PCs, making sure they are able power back on and connect to the network - NO.
