Can I sell my voucher?

I bought a voucher for $125 for a MS exam.
Went to sign up for the exam, and found since the exam I wanted to take was retiring, it was only $75. So I just paid the $75. Can't get a refund from the place I bought the first voucher.
Can I sell it? I'm exhausted from other exams, and have a pretty busy outlook for the next year and don't really need to go through another exam.

You might not get the full $125 for it, though. So, depending on your certification plans, it might just be worth it to hold on to it and take another exam before it expires.
