Hi I'm going to start my own computer service business. I'm stating the business from my home and already couple business as clients. I would like to know if there is any free application to record the costumer info, calls, what I did each service etc ...

use excel.. keep it as simple as possible. Differerent tabs for each customer and also this allows you to record when they had paided.

Make sure you include who called you just in case the boss asks why you were there and who authorised it ....

I would go with the guy above and say Excel. Keep it simple.
I have worked with a lot of 'Helpdesk' activity type recording programs, even very expensive professional ones, and they all seem flawed in some way and sometimes cause more problems than they solve.
Also Excel is more 'portable' as you can import and export data much easier. Spend your money instead on a good backup program !

Sounds like Spiceworks would be useful. You might even want to allow them to put their own tickets in.
