Passed the 70-620 just now 
I was happy with my result, half way between pass and full marks!
Not going to give much away, but there were a lot of simulations and I believe some beta questions because there was nothing like them in the Microsoft Press Book or in the practice tests.
Mainly about new features I'd say. How long will it be before I get my email?
