640-821 & 640-811 vs 640-801

Hello,

I recently took the old ver of the CCNA - 640-607 - test twice and failed. My first score was 749 and second was 815.

My question is has anyone taken the two part tests yet? If you have, how difficult are they?

I am debating on whether to take the larger test - 640-801 or take the hopefully "more easier" two part tests. I just dont want to fail anymore. It is starting to get a little expensive.

Thanks for the help. BTW, what is the passing score on these tests?

I've taken the INTRO beta exam last year (just for fun) and although the topics may be easier to comprehend, the difficulty level is pretty much the same as the other CCNA exams.

One of looking at it: if you take the two exams, you get twice as many questions, which allows you to make twice as many mistakes

I took INTRO because the Cisco Academy gave me a big discount voucher. It was a joke, it was basically Net+ with subnetting. I'll take ICND in a couple months
