New to SQL

Hi guys,

Ive suddenly had an interest in SQL so I wanna learn it. Which is the best exam to take as a first one? I have the 70-431 exam book which my work ordered for me. So I assume that the exam they want me to take. Is this correct?

I also suggest testOut's course for the 431. I really enjoyed it and believe it is the major reason why I passed this exam. I just wish I had spent more time on the darn simmulations. I knew I did not understand the question well enough when I started some of the sims. Had I payed better attention I would have passed with more than a 700. I got nearly a perfect score on the written part.
