This are the materials i used for the preparation:

CBT Nuggets
Cisco Press CCNA:Voice Certification Guide
Cisco Press CCNA:Voice Quick Reference?
UC500
2800 series router with cme-full-4.3.0.0,AIM-Module
7940 ip phones.....
All htis stuff did the magic.With the uc500 it's very straight forward in the exams.cisco just place some kind of trick on it especially without the pstn number.
