CNF file problem

i can't do dir flash:/phone/ and others excepte dir flash: or sh flash:
CNF files is another issue -

    Make that 3 with the same problem

    I even tried to get the CF card out - create files with those names that would show up in flash: and still the same problem.

    I don't think its allowing me to get my ephones registered.

    Could it have anything to do where we got out CME files?

    Anything is possible if you didn't get them from Cisco.....

    I would have asked the ios version and CME version -- and pointed out Cisco Unified CME and Cisco IOS Software Version Compatibility Matrix [Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express] - Cisco Systems

    While I've had some success with a couple IOS versions that weren't on the matrix, I've learned the hard way to stick with the matrix.

    Neither of these were supported IOS version for CME.
