Service Strategy formulation chart

On p. 30 of the ITIL V3 Foundation Handbook, there's a nifty chart showing Service Strategy formulation (Strategic Assessment, Setting objectives, etc.). Does anyone know if that chart is available on the Internet in a legitimately downloadable format?

I'm not sure which Foundation Handbook you're using, so I can't say with 100% certainty. However, in all likelihood the chart you speak of is in the ITIL source books, which means that it is a copyright of the OGC and it will not be found legally online.
