profile question

in a small windows 2000 network, it is company policy that everyone has the same user profile. after creating, savind to a file server, and modifying all user accounts to point to the new profile, users still use their respective local profiles when they log on, i need users to use the new profile.
what should i do

A. rename Ntuser.man to Ntuser dat.

B. grant the allow-read permission instead of the change permission for the share to all user accounts.

C.share the folder in which the profile is stored.

Dredirect each users My documents folder to a network share.

If the users dont have access to the share where the profile is located then it won't be available to fetch the profile from.... in which case the local profile will be used.
