openLDAP consumer sync with Win 2003 server

Has anyone successfully synchronized an OpenLDAP 2.4 consumer with AD.

Trying to work out the different bits of info I need for this and what config files I need to touch,

I have a fedora machine and 2003 server machine in VM

IIFP would make this easier, but it doesn't mention specific support for Open LDAP. You can create custom management agents, though.
