Looking for Recommendations for Data Center

My company is building a shiny new data center and I'm going to hopefully get a position working there. I work in the Network Operations Center of one of the largest Insurance Companies in the nation, so we're talking about a serious Enterprise Level Data Center. I just knocked out my CCNA which will certainly help. Trying to sort where to go next. Things they need:
Windows 2008 Server knowledge -- I have never studied that.
Unix -- I've studied it and I'm very, very rusty. Never certified in it.
Storage -- Know the basics, never studied it specifically.
Security -- Know the basics, never studied it specifically.
Servers -- I need to be as competant as possible doing all things, both physical and remotely with servers.
I know this is extremely broad, but I'm wondering if there's a certification pathway that will cover all of these.
