ISA server 2006 Unidentified IP Traffic

Im having an issue with an access rule with ISA server 2006.
The ISA monitoring log says the connection was denied by the last default rule because of "Unidentified IP traffic".
I have an access rule set up as a user-defined protocol using port 3329, TCP, Inbound. Should work. It doesn't.

Any idea?
