Any Red Hat/MS/Cisco/Dell Partners?

I'm looking at eventually becoming a partner with Red Hat, Microsoft, Cisco, and Dell to provide solutions to small businesses. Is anyone familiar with what you can get from being a partner with these companies? I have looked and read through their documentation, but they're pretty vague and I'm looking for specifics. It really looks like you have to actually BE a partner to get this info, lol.
