Software recommendation
Looking for recommendation for some software that will limit what sites users can go to via the web. Our standard before this was to just use content advisor in IE, but that is giving grief to one trainng site in particular, and the site is not interested in doing any changes.
So if anyone has some suggestions, Im open. This needs to run stand-alone, as the majority of the users who are limited are on laptops and they frequent various offices and connect directly to the net to sync our CM software, etc.

This is a very common need in many business organizations. Companies like TippingPoint, Astaro, and WebSense sell what you are looking for.
