Cisco have finally made something that goes into the SSC slot on the ASA5505. The AIP-SSC-5 was announced back in April but you can't actually buy it yet. There are a few limitations but nothing too major. If you need IPS/IDS for a small office then you can use an ASA5505 + SSC-5 instead of the bigger ASA5510 + SSM-10.
No CSC module tho for the ASA5505 yet. I wonder if they'll make one now they've done a IPS card...
I think they've made a mistake on their datasheet though. Somehow wedging a SSC-5 which can do 75Mbps inside a 5580 that can do 5Gbps at a minimum?
