About CISSP certificate.
Hi,
I'm planning for CISSP certificate but I have some questions:
1) Are the questions in the exam comes form the two CISSP CBK domains I specify?
2) Will non-active Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certificate counts for me, I had MCSE certificate back in 2001, but I didn't renew it since then, will it count for me as a 1 year experience waiver?

RTmarc Member Posts: 1,082 ■■■□□□□□□□Questions on the exam come from all ten CBK domains; not just the ones you have had experience. To the best of my memory the MCSE does count for a one year credit towards the required experience. As such, you would need four years of direct experience to fulfill the requirements of the certification.
Here is the required experience for the CISSP: https://www.isc2.org/cissp-professional-experience.aspx?terms=professional+experience+requirement
Here is a list of accepted credentials: https://www.isc2.org/credential_waiver/default.aspx
The MCSE does not require renewal. -
