CCAA requires have been posted over at Citrix.
I have been in contact with them regarding "step 2". It seems that for this certification the CXA-300-1I - Advanced Administration for Citrix XenApp 5.0 for Windows Server 2008 course is a mandatory requirement.
Also looking though the certification tracks this course and associated exam appear on most tacks.
I suppose it is a good thing for Citirx (as with VMware) as they can offer a level that everyone is it. It also sucks big time, I am not a fan of class rooms and find I learn better on my own with an install to play with.
Oh well best start asking the company if they have a load of money they can splash
