Boot Camp Advice and Data Center info

Looking for some help on 2 things ,
First I am considering getting a couple or a few certs and am looking into bootcamps are there any out there that offer REAL training and hands on experience , as relates to solidifying my experience and skills , not just a overnite 100% pass place? Any suggestions or thoughts?
Secondly any thoughts are requirements for a Network Admin or better yet a data center job?
My experience , IT associates degree , 5 years tech support / Abuse cordinator position , gearing towards Net + , Sec + to start..
