70-620 Study materials for 70-621?

I want to upgrade my MCDST with 70-621, and get it as an elective for the MCSE in place of the 70-620.

My question is: Is the study material for 70-620 the same (or enough) for the 70-621?

I'd doubt it. You're probably going to get hit with a lot of enterprise-level stuff that the 620 doesn't even scratch the surface of.
