Working in the US

in IT Jobs / Degrees
Just come back from my vacation in Florida, and while i was there i wondered how hard it would be to find work within IT. I know it`s next to impossible for me to come to the US to work, but just curious to how IT work is in Florida. I was mainly in the Tampa area.

    IT work in Florida is hard to come by. In the Tampa as well as Melbourne areas alot of the work is government which means a clearance is required (US Citizenship). In the rest of the state it's a tough market. There seems to be a few openings in the Orlando area, but again some require a security clearance. The rest need the usual combination of exp + education + certs + luck.

    Shame, i would love to work in Florida, we have a timeshare at Mystic Dunes in Kissimmee. Oh well it`s ok to dream i guess.
