Free Ramdisk software?

Does anyone know of free ramdisk software out there? I tried gavotte but it did not work. I am running vista 64 with 8gb of ram and want to make 4gb a ramdisk. Also i would like it to be able to save the ramdisk state when shutting down and start it back up at boot. If there isnt a free one that does that then whatever I just done want to pay for it. Thanks.

I've used Gavotte's Ramdisk in the past, but a search for that yields no luck for users running 64-bit versions of Vista. I did however find a blog article about Gavotte's program and in the comments for the blog somebody suggested the following:

I've never used it, but it might be worth a shot. As Vista 64-bit versions required signed drivers, you have to do some minor tweaking to get the driver to load with this one but I'm guessing most of the open source/freeware options out there for this are going to be the same unless you look at a commercial solution.
