I'm CCNA and I worked as network operator and I haven't done any cisco hardware support, just software. I was hired to Add a Gig Port on a 7206 router. I want to go prepare and I would like to know what are the tools that a tech used on a daily basics cisco support. Thanks

You shouldn't need anything if you're just inserting a PA-GE into a 7206. Read the documentation for adding a PA-GE to a 7200.

For general hardware duties, a basic computer toolkit will do. Add a crimping tool and IDC punchdown tool.
