Is there a way to create a link that searches all my posts? In phpBB this would be an egosearch, is there an equivalent for vbulletin?

Use google: Search for "site:techexams.net +rsutton whateverelseyouwantedtosearchfor"

or you can click on your own name and click "find all posts by Rsutton"

I use Tiersten's method, but you can also go into an advanced search and specify yourself as a post or thread author. If you just want to see everything, do what Jordus suggested.

Google seems to index this forum really quickly. The bots must really hammer the site.

The site: trick is pretty handy sometimes. The Google index is usually more comprehensive and quicker. Some search tools built into sites restrict you from searching for very short words.
