ISDN Question

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know how to put a delay between dials on the ISDN interface of a Cisco router.
The reason why I ask is that the company that I work for has some remote sites with ADSL connections back to our main office in addition
to ISDN backup links. Unfortuately these services are through the same ISP and occasionly we run into some issues.
If our ISP has problems and the ADSL connection goes down the ISDN will come up and dial. The connection is made, though as the ISP is having problems the authentication servers don't respond and then the connection drops. The ISDN will then come up again on the router and dial again. This happens about once every 10 seconds. Therefore during an outage of our ISP a few hundred calls are made.

10:41:53: %DIALER-6-UNBIND: Interface BR0:2 unbound from profile Di2
10:41:54: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface BRI0:1, changed state to up
10:41:54: %DIALER-6-BIND: Interface BR0:1 bound to profile Di2
10:41:54: %ISDN-6-CONNECT: Interface BRI0:1 is now connected to 0198***326 N/A
10:42:02: %ISDN-6-DISCONNECT: Interface BRI0:1 disconnected from 0198***326 chap, call lasted 7 seconds
10:42:02: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface BRI0:1, changed state to down
10:42:02: %DIALER-6-UNBIND: Interface BR0:1 unbound from profile Di2
10:42:02: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface BRI0:2, changed stae to up
10:42:02: %DIALER-6-BIND: Interface BR0:2 bound to profile Di2
10:42:02: %ISDN-6-CONNECT: Interface BRI0:2 is now connected to 0198***326 N/A
10:42:10: %ISDN-6-DISCONNECT: Interface BRI0:2 disconnected from 0198***326 chap, call lasted 7 seconds
I have been looking at the following commands:
dialer redial interval interval-time attempts redials [re-enable disable-time]
***Though this seems more for unsuccessful dials...
carrier-delay
***Seems that I could only set this up to 60 seconds.
Thanks...

Is it possible that you can you obtain ISDN service through an alternative ISP? -

Thanks for the response...
It is possible to obtain the ISDN service for our remote sites through another provider, though we will probably be reviewing these connections as a whole in the next year. Therefore I was more looking for a quickfix in the mean time.
