Outlook GAL user
I have a little problem. The president in my company is trying to send an email to a user in my domain via Outlook 2003. He sends a email an enail to mcmiller@mycompany.com and my user doesn't get it. I checked my presidents outlook and it appears that he has the wrong username saved locally. So he goes to the To: field and scrolls down till he finds the user.
Is there a way to delete that one user address from the my Presidents locally saved address without wiping his whole locally cached GAL

When he starts to type in the name in the 'To' field and the incorrect name is suggested, hit the delete key. That will delete the entry from the nickname list. -
