How do you get motivated to study?

Don't you hate it when you can't go back to study? Now, I've been to university, so I'm not a newbie when it comes to motivating myself, but I wanted to know how do you get yourself back on the horse to study.

I'm finding it pretty hard to get back into aswell, I'm starting up the R&S route. I'm just gradually increasing my study time from just doing it at lunchtime to an hour every few days until I can get back to a few hours every day.
Motivation though...The economy
