Not that something similar has ever happened with another company, but I got a Cisco learning email today that had a nice greeting.

Dear `DefaultIfEmpty("Valued Customer",fname,lname)`,

This ever happen to anyone else from Cisco or Microsoft?

I believe I got something similar the other week from CompTIA. Or it may have been Microsoft. Either way I was rather amused by it.
