study idea
Tried something new today... Something similar to what I do at work...
Frequently at work we have to make changes but we can only do that at certain times.
So we have to write up the changes in a manner that they can be cut and pasted into a terminal session (they get reviewed by several folks).
While taking my second pass at the BSCI study guide I decided I would try to approach the guide like this.
My thoughts were if I can write out the config and changes and then paste them into my routers I should really have my head wrapped around the topics at hand...
Just thought I would share my idea.

networker050184 Mod Posts: 11,962 ModI do the same thing. I use notepad and do all my commands on there before pasting in. It really helps you to remember the commands. It also keeps you from typing "router ospf 1" or other vanilla commands a million times because you can type it once and paste it to all your routers. An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.
