Hi guys
My company currently has a managed service through a large ISP, providing an MPLS any-any IPVPN. Naturally from time to time sites close and services need to be cancelled. I requested a cease a week or so ago and received a response that a number of our circuits will be affected when this office is shut down. The reason for this is
This is because (office x) is the primary vrf & our systems will need this time to reconfigured the network in order to assign a new primary
Can someone explain in a little more detail why this outage will affect a certain amount of branches, and not others?
Thanks in advance (hoping this may be covered in BSCI but not there yet!)

Yes, as the ISP does not cover the whole country, so uses other ISP's as OLO's
