Looking for an old password changer tool

A few years back I came across a great domain password changer tool and now I cant find it. I think it had the word Swedish or Danish in it. Basically it let you change the local admin account of a domain pc remotely with just a few clicks. Anyone heard of it or something similar to it?

You can use Group Policy Preferences to change the local admin passwords if you have 2008 DCs, the client side extensions installed on the XP workstations, and a Vista workstation to manage the settings.
