I need to expand my CLI knowledge and I'm looking for advice.

As the title states, I'm very accustomed to working with Windows GUI. I'm interested in rounding out my admin skills by learning to use CLI more than for your typical ipconfig, ping, and traceroute. I want to familiarize myself with performing various tasks through command line as I think it will help with administration when I do land an admin job (probably as an exchange admin if I can) and also with tackling the CCNA in the next quarter.
If anyone has some great beginner links or experience they'd like to share, I'd sure appreciate it.
Thanks!
Edit: If there are any forum admins who get ahold of this, could we move this to General Discussion? I posted this in the wrong place and I'd hate to doublepost on the site.

You should also be looking into PowerShell if you're interested in that type of thing. -
